If you send us a swatch we will guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results. In the comment section of our order form just write "SENDING A SWATCH" we will include with your invoice that we e-mail the address where you should mail the swatch. Also it is very important that you tell us the wear date.

Those dyed gray can look purplish outdoors. It is important that you tell us where you will be spending most of your time and we will do the best possible work to make sure you are satisfied with the results.The dye used on your footwear is water-soluble. The dye can bleed or stain if it is exposed to water or heavy moisture. This can be prevented by using a water repellent spray. This is the best protection against staining, but it will not necessarily make the footwear waterproof. If you do spray your shoes or handbag you will not be able to re-dye them.
